MCBA Senior Committee:

This year we will be preparing to take our seniors on a day-long fishing trip. Our members will assist our seniors with everything from getting set-up, rigging and most of all enjoying a day fishing and telling fishing stories. This is a outting that really brings our members together to help our seniors get out in the outdoors to do something most of us take for granted. If you would like to donate items to keep this enjoyable event aboard please contact our president James Hobson. Email
Fundraising Committee:

We are starting a fundraising drive to add Fishing equipment, PFD's(Life Vests) and sunglasses for our present and future Junior MCBA members. Fundraising will be in the form of cash donations as well as fundraising from events which will be planned over the next two years. Help make our Junior Motor City Bass Anglers the best and safest youth club in the state.
Lansing area MCBA Members:

Our Lansing members Ronnie Calhoun and Lenardo Battle do a real community service for some of the area homeless by handing out some of their own fishing tackle and donated items to make fishing at the nearby rivers and lakes excessable. A day on the water can be lift to those that are a little less fortunate. MCBA members will donate used and unused fishing equipment: rods, reels, lures and other needed items to people in need. "Fishing is for everyone to enjoy"
If you have any working or non-working fishing items you would like to donate please contact Ronnie Calhoun
